Testing and Verification

Testing is the last line of defense to ensure design and manufacturing quality.

  • Standard Routine Testing: All standard routine tests, as defined by international standards such as IEC and other relevant manufacturing standards, are applied to all transformers we produce to verify design and manufacturing integrity.
  • Quality and Special Testing: Additional quality and special tests are conducted as per customer requirements and specifications to ensure that the specifications outlined in the contracts are met.
  • Characteristics and Testing: The specifics and requirements of each test are always provided in detail within our approved and documented standards.

Quality Control

We place paramount importance on input monitoring, process follow-up, and results verification at every stage of transformer production.

  • Adherence to Procedures: All established standards and regulations are strictly followed at every stage of production, thanks to rigorous monitoring and documented guidelines.
  • Transparency and Documentation: We consistently provide our customers with documentation in our quality control manuals demonstrating the effectiveness of these procedures and instructions, thus fostering confidence in our products.
  • Specialized Personnel: Quality control is conducted by dedicated QC Specialists. These specialists oversee production processes and prepare the necessary documentation and statistical data to support product acceptance or rejection decisions.
